Cleaver House is our brand new wedding venue just opened in in West Perth, offering two elegant and sophisticated function rooms catering to events up to 100 guests in the Gallery, with events up to 200 in the Main Hall.
For a more relaxed and intimate occasion, Cleaver Street Studio is located just across the way and offers a charming space for events up to 100 guests, open now.

However, we do understand many clients are looking for a more curated experience, so we have partnered with a selection of providers who have created packages tailored to our venue for a seamless event experience. Get in touch with us to find out more.
Do You Provide Styling, Planning or Furniture Packages?
Cleaver Street Venues are primarily BYO spaces, meaning you have the flexibility to bring in whatever you need for your perfect event. We do include a standard selection of furniture and AV facilities with hire.
For those looking for a more curated event experience, contact us for our partner providers with a more extensive styling and furniture offering.
Is The Venue Wheelchair Accessible?
Yes, all of our spaces have accessible entrances or ramps, along with disability access toilet and washroom on site.

Once you’ve discussed your event requirements with us all you have to do is fill out our booking terms form, then pay a 50% deposit of the hire fee to confirm your date. Dates are only held upon receipt of this confirmation payment.

What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Typically our date hold deposits are non refundable in the event of cancellation, though you may be eligible for a postponement credit. Contact our team for our full booking terms and conditions.
Can I Visit The Venue Before Booking?
Absolutely! We encourage you to schedule a tour to see our space and discuss your event requirements in person. We are quite flexible with viewing times (outside our event operating hours), contact our team to schedule a time.
