Cleaver Street Studio is a bright and airy converted warehouse space filled with plants and natural light, designed to be the perfect space for creativity and inspiration. The unique space is a great option for businesses looking for an alternative to the standard drab conference room or business centre. Cleaver Street Studio includes 6x large work tables, seating for 50, bar & catering service area (catering packages available through our coffee shop, BYO also permissable), air conditioning, high speed WiFi, projector and audio system. Cleaver Street Studio is available for private hire for workshops or large group meetings from Sunday to Thursday (Fridays + Saturdays reserved for private function hire). If you don’t require exclusive hire of the entire room and your team would like to make use of the space  as part of our communal coworking area, check out our coworking rates.

Cafe Lounge Private Meeting Room

• Additional users can comfortably be accommmodated.

Our stylish and intimate cafe lounge meeting space is located in the front of Cleaver Street Studio. The private room features a meeting table for 6 users (with smaller extra table for additional guests), lounge, air conditioning and AV screen for presentations (hdmi cable or chromecast connections provided). The main meeting table is set up for 6 guests, however the room can comfortably accommodate 8 or so users depending on your workspace requirements for the day. Room hire rate is $45/hour or $225 for a flat day rate. Flat day rate includes a round of barista made coffees for your team!

Boardroom + Lounge

• 18 people (expanded)

Just across the road from our main space at our Cleaver Street B-Side rooms is the boardroom meeting space. Unique and mid-century styled, the space accomodates 12 – 20 people and is suitable for team meetings or workshops. The room features a large square group discussion table (setup for 12 people by default) that can easily be divided into 2 breakout tables. Other features are presentation screen, whiteboard, lounge area, dimmable lighting and high speed WiFi. The boardroom space can be booked for $65/hour or $350 for a flat day rate.
