Established in 2016, the Cleaver Street Studio is a drop-in coworking space and creative hub in West Perth located within walking distance to Leederville, Northbridge and the CBD. Designed with creativity in mind, the space is a bright and airy converted warehouse, filled with plants and natural light.
** Please note: The Cleaver Street Coffee Shop is temporarily closed, however coworking hot desks are available in the studio space as normal!

Drop-in for a free hotdesk
If you’re living the working-from-home lifestyle and need a day or two in a fresh environment, drop in to our free coworking space Monday to Thursday from 7:30am and set up on a hot desk.
We also double as an event space! To make sure there are hot desks available on a day, please follow our instagram @cleaverstreet where we notify our coworking friends of what days events are running in the venue, or check in with us.
Hot-desk includes:
• Communal workspace
• High speed WiFi

Individual hot desks are dependent on availability*. If you’re in a larger group and have an out of office/team day planned for a specific day, consider booking one of our reserved group table rates.
* As we operate as an events and function space, coworking is not available on Fridays.

If you’re on the hunt for somewhere to get some genuine face-to-face time with your team or clients, book a day at one of our reserved group tables in our communal coworking space. Booking ensures you’re reserved a full table just for your team for the whole day.
Our large work tables can accommodate up to six people and the spacious warehouse studio provides plenty of open air and natural light compared to a stuffy office or meeting room. With coffee from our Cleaver Street Coffee Shop included with your booking, it’s the perfect option for those looking for a unique and fresh new way to conduct your meetings.
$99 group table day-rate includes:
- Large 6 person work table (reserved in communal space) from 7:30am to 5:30pm
- Barista coffee included from our cafe space (1 per user)
- High Speed WiFi
*Note: Group table bookings are only available Monday to Thursday.
