Cleaver Street Venues are primarily BYO spaces, meaning you have the flexibility to bring in whatever you need for your perfect event. We do include a basic selection of in-house furniture and AV facilities with hire.

Is Cleaver House Wheelchair Accessible?
Yes, all of our spaces have accessible entrances or ramps, along with disability access toilet and washroom on site.

Once you’ve discussed your event requirements with us all you have to do is fill out our booking terms form, then pay a 50% deposit of the hire fee to confirm your date. Dates are only held upon receipt of this confirmation payment.
How Many Function Rooms Are at Cleaver House?
Cleaver House is a versatile events venue with multiple separate spaces: The Main Hall, The Gallery and the Entrance Lobby.
You can hire the specific function room that best suits your guest list, with the option of add-on hire of the other spaces, if you’d like to utilise the full venue.
Is There Ever Two Events On At Once At Cleaver House?
No.
While we have multiple function rooms at Cleaver House, hire of the venue is exclusive, which means yours will be the only event running for the time period you have booked.
What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
Typically our date hold deposits are non refundable in the event of cancellation, though you may be eligible for a postponement credit. Contact our team for our full booking terms and conditions.
